What is CrossFit?

CrossFit workouts use constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensities. It is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together, making community a key component of why it’s so effective. CrossFit classes are held at the BHP Billiton YMCA

Getting Started:

If you’ve never participated in CrossFit classes, you must attend and complete our CrossFit Onramp Class prior to attending our regularly scheduled classes.  During Onramp you will learn to perform proper techniques and moves performed in the CrossFit classes.

  • Our On-Ramp classes are set up by request on a first come first serve basis and start the first Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Class times for On-Ramp are M/W at 6:30 PM. You MUST start on the first Monday with the class, and complete all eight sessions with your class.
