The YMCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. Our mission statement is: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. In an effort to fulfill our mission we have developed the YMCA Youth Sports Banner Sponsorship Program. The YMCA Youth Sports Banner Sponsorship Program helps fund all YMCA youth programs and provides financial assistance and scholarships for less fortunate families and children in the Shreveport-Bossier area. No child or family will ever be turned away from the YMCA because of an inability to pay a program fee. The YMCA is for everyone.

How does the YMCA Youth Sports Banner Program work?

The YMCA helps companies and individuals promote their businesses while making an impact in the community. The initial banner fee is $1,000 for the first year; $700 for the 2nd year; and $500 for the 3rd year.

What does my company receive in exchange for the banner fee?

Besides the great feeling that comes from supporting programming for children, a 3' X 8' banner will be displayed with your full color corporate logo at the YMCA location of your choice. Another advantage of this program is that advertising expenditures are fully tax deductible while charitable donations may be limited.
