It’s as important as anything we do – teaching water safety to every single Caddo Parish Second Grader. And in the time I have had to observe it, I can attest to the absolutely extraordinary job we do with it.
I was contacted the other day by Tyler Lloyd, our Water Safety Director as he begins to assemble his team of water safety instructors. Tyler said he has a few more spots to fill and asked if I would help get the word out.
