General Information:
Sunday, July 28th, 2019, at the BHP Billiton YMCA, 3455 Knight Street, Shreveport, La 71105. Race Begins at 8:30 am.
Current Registration Fee is $20.00.
Late Registration Fee is $25.00 after July 15th until Race Day.

Course Description:
Race starts and finishes at the BHP Billiton YMCA. Participants swim in the BHP Billiton 50 meter pool. They will run on the path around the building, and bike down Flyer Drive. The race will begin at the pool inside the Y. Lifeguards will be provided for safety. Flotation devices are allowed on the swim. Bike course is closed to traffic.
Awards:
This event is untimed and all finishers will receive an official race medal.
Packet pickup begins on Friday, July 26th, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday, July 27th, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or on race day.
BIKE HELMETS AND TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED!
