Kids Triathlon

Each summer, kids ages 4-16 from our community have the opportunity to participate in the YMCA Kids Triathlon, and this will be the sixth year to hold the event at our brand new BHP YMCA. This event encourages children to discover the fun in fitness and to reach for their goals! At the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana, we believe all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve, under the guidance of adults who care about them and believe in their potential.

Registration Fee is $25.00.
Late Registration Fee is $30.00 after July 4th until Race Day.

Course Description: Race starts and finishes at the BHP YMCA. Participants swim in the BHP 50 meter pool. They will run on the path around the building, and bike down Flyer Drive. The race will begin at the pool inside the Y. Lifeguards will be provided for safety. Flotation devices are allowed on the swim. Bike course is closed to traffic. Awards: This event is untimed and all finishers will receive an official race medal. Packet pickup begins on Friday, June 28th, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday, June 29th, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or on race day. BIKE HELMETS AND TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED!
