CrossFit workouts use constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensities. It is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together, making community a key component of why it’s so effective. CrossFit classes are held at the BHP Billiton YMCA
If you’ve never participated in CrossFit classes, you must attend and complete a CrossFit On-ramp Session prior to attending our regularly scheduled classes. During the On-ramp session you will learn to perform proper techniques and moves performed in the CrossFit classes.
Details for On-Ramp Sessions:
– 2 sessions will be offered each month
– Each session begins on the first and third Monday of each month
– Each session is 4 classes
– Class times are Mondays thru Thursdays at 6:30am and last 45-60 min. each
