Youth Volleyball- Ages 6-18 (Divisions created first week of practice)
Season Dates: October 22-December 12
Practice and Game Times/days: Specifics determined once teams are built. Practice/game locations may be either at BHP or Downtown YMCA’s. Days Tuesday/Thursday/ (possible) Saturdays. Days and times will differ between teams.
Parent Meeting and 1st Practice-October 22nd from 6:30-8:30pm at BHP Billiton YMCA location.
Volleyball is open to both girls and boys, all skills welcome. Our goal is to make a positive impact on each player. Emphasis on sportsmanship, positive team atmosphere and individual skill enhancement. Player and team fundamental skills will be taught to beginners. Advanced players will develop footwork and more advanced strategic skills. Teams will be built on October 22nd during skills assessment practice. Divisions will be created based on age and ability.
