Baseball Field Complex — General Employees

We are hiring dependable, community-minded individuals to support operations at the YMCA Baseball Field Complex. Staff will help ensure games and events run smoothly while providing a welcoming experience for players and families. Evening and weekend availability is required. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Open positions include:

• Umpires — Officiate youth baseball games and enforce rules of play
• Concession Stand Employees — Serve customers, handle cash, and keep the stand stocked and clean
• Scorekeepers — Track and record game scores during play
• Gate Attendants — Welcome guests and manage entry at the complex
• Field Support Crew — Assist with setup, breakdown, and general field maintenance
